Does Go Rush offer medication delivery from any government clinics?

Go Rush team will pick up your medication according to the health centre that you go for your doctor’s appointment regardless if it is under MOH, JPMC/PJSC or Panaga.

Some of my medications are missing, what should I do?

Do you still provide this service if I require to pay for my medicines (paying patient?

Yes we do. You will be contacted regarding your total payment by our customer service representative. Your payment breakdown will be provided.

MOH:
- If the total amount of your medicine is less than BND$100, we will straightaway pay on your behalf first to MOH. There will be an additional service fee of BND2 or 3% of the total price (whichever is higher).
- If your total amount of your medicine is more than BND$100, you are required to pay to us first before we make payment to MOH on your behalf. There will be an additional service fee of BND2 or 3% of the total price (whichever is higher).

JPMC/PJSC:
- If you would like us to pay on your behalf, there will be an additional service fee of BND2 or 3% of the total price (whichever is higher).
- Alternatively, you are able to pay to JPMC/PJSC directly. You would need to send us your payment screenshot as proof and there will be no additional charges.

Go Rush’s dispatcher has delivered my medication, however, I was given the wrong medication. What should I do?

What is the difference between standard and express delivery?

For standard delivery, the ETA is within 2 to 3 working days. Meanwhile, for express delivery, the ETA is the next working day after released from Pharmacy.

I accidentally ordered twice, is there a way to make cancellation?

Yes, you may contact our customer service representative at +6732332065 with regards to the double order.

How do I differentiate between express and immediate delivery?

Both Express and Immediate types of delivery are only applicable for Brunei-Muara district only.

For Express, the ETA is the next working day after released from Pharmacy.

For immediate, the ETA is within 3 hours and order must be submitted before 3pm.

Can I make payment using cash upon contactless delivery?

Yes, of course! You may prepare basket or box for our dispatcher to place your medicine along with receiving the cash.

I would like to make payment using bank transfer, may I know what banks are available for me to make online transaction?

For bank transfer, we only offer Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) and Baiduri Bank.

Can I self-collect my medication at Go Rush’s office instead?

Yes, you can. Kindly inform our customer service representative at +6732332065 so that they can get it prepared.

What is the difference between drop off and Standard/Express delivery?

For drop off, customers may drop off their item at Go Rush’s office and we will deliver it within agreed time frame.

For Standard/Express delivery, Go Rush team will pick up the item at customer’s doorstep and deliver it within the expected time.

What is the difference between Standard and Express delivery?

For Standard delivery, the ETA is from 2 to 3 working days and for Express, Go Rush will deliver on the next working day after released from Pharmacy.

Can I drop off my package/items at your office?

Yes, you can drop off your packages/items at our office and then we will deliver it to the provided address.

Can I have your address and location? As I need to use Google map/Waze.

How can I make payment via BIBD online transfer

Guide for BIBD Online payment is as per below:

Step 1: Go to BIBD MOBILE APP
Step 2: Select the “Payments Services/donations” tab.
Step 3: Select the “Bill Payment” tab.
Step 4: On the dropdown, select “Go Rush Express”
Step 5: On the Bill/Reference No. 1: Enter your “Tracking Number”
Step 6: On the Bill/Reference No. 2: Enter your “Phone Number”

How do I know if my order has gone through after submitting the registration form?

You will receive reference/tracking number via WhatsApp indicating that your order will be processed.

I want to make payment via bank transfer but I don’t have BIBD account. Does Go Rush have Baiduri account?

Yes, we do. You may contact our customer service representative at +6732332065 to ask for our Baiduri Bank’s account number.

Does Go Rush offer other services apart from Pharmacy Delivery?

Apart from Pharmacy Delivery, we also offer Go Rush Plus and Local Delivery service.
